At WHALECHIP, by spearheading the first mass production of ASIC-on-DRAM Wafer-on-Wafer (WoW) technology with TSMC. He now serves as Executive Director of Amazing Cool Technology, leveraging his physics and engineering expertise to innovate advanced semiconductor materials.
